Is this the year that we bring the SP blazer to life? It could be!

Harnessing contemporary style and being a surfer are not mutually exclusive. Which is a thread that runs through the brand identity and all of our products to date. And one that is, perhaps, most applicable to our 'Navigator' blazer.
Not to mention the importance of embedding sustainability and protecting our planet into the DNA of the brand, supply chain and manufacturing process.
2020 promises to be a cool year for SP. We have lots of plans to move the dial in what is an increasingly crowded market where, in our opinion, only those brands with authenticity surrounding their purpose and identity will survive and thrive.
The SP 'Navigator' blazer has been a product that we've sampled on a number of occasions since our inception. It's just the cost of production that has stopped us from making it happen ... but this year could be the year.
The Plastic Project is an inspirational and much-needed movement started by one of the most revered UK-based surf photographers, Tim Nunn.
Tim's mission is to unite the outdoor sports world with a view to us leading the charge in educating people around the world on the impact which rubbish, and plastic in particular, is having on this beautiful planet.
It's an area which we have wanted to get involved in for a long time. On our travels over the years when surfing and / or snowboarding, we've seen for ourselves both the quantities of litter and the impact which it is having on our oceans, coastlines and mountain pathways. The contagion onto eco-systems and wildlife is devastating.
So it is a both a privilege and a responsibility to be involved in such an important movement. And we, as a business, will do all that we can to help.
